http://youtu.be/2TR7kK7S0_8 after seeing cloudflower's (whitefoxcub on deviant art) animation for a fan fiction, I've been searching for more zelda animations from fans. (because I'm a huge animation geek.) I know there are tons of humorous ones out there. I want to see more serious ones like this. However it is a fine line. you have to get the feeling just right when doing serious animation. I asked this question around other forums and some one sent me a link to one they thought was really good... but it just was hard to watch. it was embarrassing almost. whitefoxcub got the feeling spot on. any one seen any other animations by fans? humorous ones are fine too. what ones are your favorites?
This spanish one has huge potential, just look at it! It has sort of a Dragon ball style to it though. It's a little disappointing, but I'm amazed by it. With those action scenes, I'm able to forgive it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ntFQcNxM ... re=related

Wow! The first one was really good! Too bad it's too short. One of my dreams is to do animation, but I'm not sure I've got the patience but I know where you're coming from.
Anyway, have you seen this one? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3tQ7Wof6QvM It's a bit old, and it's not 2D animation, but otherwise it's very funny and I enjoy it every time I watch it.

That one is a classic. I'm trying to find that one that someone suggested to me. it was 3d as well. ah well, probably better that I forget it. I love this funny majora's mask one. it's a little not safe for work with the anju and kafei thing out of context. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Aj53exPL ... lf=mh_lolz EVERYONE LOVES POOPACHU!

*laughs* That's actually why I wanted to go to art school~ because I wanted to be an animator for Disney; and it was the reason I picked the school I did. BUT, by the time I was old enough, I realized what animation actually entailed and I REALLY did not want to be drawing the same thing over and over. I don't have the patience for that /illustration FTW
Actually, animation for the win in this case! Wow, that first one was really well done! Thanks for posting it. I loved the style. The others were really fun as well! (HA! oh geez, the last one was hilarious. I love how creepy it makes MM. Poopachu! ) I guess I just never really thought about people doing fan animations Except this one, which got posted everywhere: /Melora has nothing new

EXACTLY! When I imagine I have to draw something just slightly different, and again and so on... yeah, then I think I might stick to drawing Besides, I'm already too perfectionist drawing one effing piece... now to draw 29 per second of animation... it would take me too much time. That reminds me I once attempted to re-create a Lion King scene when I was 11 with a bunch of library cards and the light under a crystal table trick, when Nala does that somersault thing to Simba when they're grown up. It took me so freakin' long! Then again, it was very rewarding to see all the thing put together. Now that I'm older and my style is more defined, I'm curious to see how an animation turns out. Maybe when I have more time for myself Hopefully very soon.
Anyway, back on topic, that Flipnote animation is so sweet. I can't believe they haven't made a Zelda anime.

@ Karnella: I saw the first one on da some time ago, I have to say it looks pretty nice and it's good to see the artist taking some liberties . The majora's mask is funny. I never though of the moon talking... all the time >< so creepy.

There are quite a few flip notes. My favorites are the tegaki's (usually anime openings or music videos where you draw in the character you want.) from nico nico douga. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YHs5Zvo0X9A <- I wish this one was better quality. I want to see more zelda zektbach tegaki
