I think you hit the nail on the head. I'm still happy with my Nintendo DS, the good ol' fat one. Sure, its successors were all snazzy looking and had some extra features, but to be honest, I could care less. What's a game system without games? And I know there are people who devoutly bought the handheld because, omigosh, it has OCARINA OF TIME... in 3D! But personally, I'm not about to dish out $170 for one game (and moreover, a game I've already played in the past, numerous times)."

EDIT: So... I'm looking at the games Nintendo has to offer for the 3DS on their website. Still not impressed, unfortunately.
