About Skyward Sword and Spoliers (For everyone to read)
I wasn't thinking about it before today, when I checked Geekologie, but~ it's that beautiful and glorious time again: Crap is getting awesome and gearing up, information is leaking out, and some of us are actually getting more excited than we thought we'd be *ahem* This also means that some of us go into a "news hermit" state and avoid the bigger sites. I, personally, do want to read SS stuff but, in the past I had an experience (roommate and FF7 related, oh my lordie) that I recall from time to time. Basically that there are some things in life that I just want to be able to fully enjoy~ and to do that, I want to be so fully and completely surprised by them. So, all y'all: Be vague with your post titles so no surprise could be, even the tiniest bit, given away. And keep in mind, you don't have to SAY spoiler in the title, (after all, I get that that's kinda redundant ) but at least be sure to mark it with something that clearly lets everyone know it's about Skyward Sword. That way the ones of us who want to know what's in the game can know~ and the rest of us can continue to duck and cover Do it with your art too! If you add something, a piece, to a thread later on (One that didn't have SS stuff in it) just come back and change the main title. No biggie! THERE MIGHT BE SPOILERS AFTER THIS FIRST POSTThanks guys! Love-ya!

Wah, so sorry! I forget how particular some people can be about spoilers. ^^; I'll keep this in mind.

No worries AT ALL, seriously. I had kind of forgotten too and was just skipping along day dreaming and then, *boom* it hit me that a new game was actually coming out. Like, really and for truly. LOL. I have been "gone" way too long But the last thing I wanted was for anyone to feel bad (or singled out.) The thread helped remind me but, that was all, it wasn't a bad thing!

Psh, you go easy on people. I used to threaten instant bans to anyone who spoiled games for me back when I moderated at Zelda Universe or Legends Alliance.
I couldn't just stop visiting the communities I basically lived in, after all.

Re: About Skyward Sword and Spoliers (For everyone to read)
Today I (temporarily) stopped watching all Zelda and Nintendo-related groups on Deviantart and tumblr accounts in order to avoid the inevitable slew of fanart and info which I know will materialize in the near future. I also got rid of the main gaming sites in my favourites folder. I am going to try my best to play this game with as little spoiled for me as possible. Hopefully it won't be too hard to completely ignore all these sites...which I check on an almost daily basis...oh god let's see how long this lasts >_<...

I'm going to do the same thing. I was out of commission for a few weeks so it's not like I was able to seek out new Zelda news anyway. I feel I've seen way too many spoilers already so I better try to avoid even more spoilers from now on. It's like I'm going on a diet or something, lol.

Re: About Skyward Sword and Spoliers (For everyone to read)
I didn't know anything about Skyward Sword until I stumbled upon it in Wikipedia a week ago. Ah, I don't mind reading spoilers of any games that are from Nintendo Wii- especially if they're Zelda games. So... if Skyward Sword comes out, what I would do is wait out for someone to beat the game and post walkthrough videos up in Youtube (one of my favorite past times to kill boredom =P). Or, I'll buy one of those official strategy guides and read out everything, just as I did for Majora's Mask. If I had time and money, I wouldn't be doing any of those things above... so I guess the only choice is to take the path where everyone who's getting the game will pelt eggs at me.
